versync Terms of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LOUP (Representative: Yonggi Jeong, hereinafter “versync”) and users in relation to the use of the versync website.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Website” refers to the online platform operated by versync for providing information and receiving project inquiries related to brand strategy, web strategy, web development, design, and digital product creation.
- “User” refers to any person who accesses and uses the Website in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Nature of Service)
- The Website is operated for informational purposes and project inquiries.
- Submission of an inquiry does not constitute the formation of a contract.
- Any contract shall be concluded separately through mutual agreement.
- versync does not provide an integrated online contracting system.
Article 4 (Eligibility)
The Website may only be used by individuals who possess legal capacity under applicable law.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
- All content on the Website created by versync, including but not limited to text, images, videos, code, interactions, and design, is owned by LOUP.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit such content without prior written consent.
- Open-source components and third-party licensed materials are disclosed separately on the Website’s Open Source page.
Article 6 (Portfolio Disclosure)
- versync may use project deliverables for portfolio, promotional, and reference purposes.
- However, versync shall respect separate confidentiality agreements or legitimate client requests for non-disclosure.
Article 7 (Confidential Information)
versync respects information provided during project execution that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential. Detailed confidentiality obligations shall be governed by individual agreements.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
- versync respects accessibility and permits reasonable crawling and scraping.
- However, the following actions are prohibited:
- Disrupting service stability
- Generating excessive traffic
- Security circumvention or system intrusion
- Data manipulation or unauthorized commercial redistribution
- Any act that interferes with versync’s operations
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- versync does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Website.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, versync limits liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website.
- versync is not responsible for external websites linked from the Website.
Article 10 (Amendments)
- These Terms become effective upon publication on the Website.
- versync may amend these Terms at any time.
- Amended Terms shall take effect upon posting.
- Continued use of the Website after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
